Italian cuisine has developed over the centuries and it has a great variety of different ingredients.
Each area has its own specialties, primarily at a regional level, but also at provincial level. The differences can come from a bordering country or whether a region is close to the sea or the mountains.
To show the different types of bread and pasta and the different cooking techniques, we organize for our groups cooking classes all over the country!
We have experience also in organizing kosher cooking classes in the Roman Jewish ghetto.
